I didn't mean elements. I meant Specifications like does it reduce Nin defense or Gen defense or Tai defense.

Wood being able to reduce Tai/Nin/Weapon makes sense lol.

battle description: User backs off after series of hand seal he sends both arms in opposite direction of each other letting out a great amount of natural energy from both arms. This causes a sudden change in the weather as frozen Rain comes from the sky and Frozen spikes from underneath leaving the Opponent with no place to move as they get ripped apart from both sides on the battle field.

Effects:
deals damage based on you and your opponent's stats.
Stuns Opponent for 1 rounds.

i highly suggest not making it longer than two turns, any kind of buff/debuff. simply because, stacking is going to make it really spam-able and i really dont want to deal with that later down the field x.x

I might suggest for now 1 Village jutsu x user. Same as in jutsu type should be Village jutsu not normal or special if you will have to be in that village to be able to train it/ use it

I can make a jutsu for each village if needed.
