No need of Commander ( It will be similar to TNR) SC should have some difference

Village Elder - the player with most PVP Experience ( minimum of SJ Rank) he is a assistant to Kage

everyone will know who all are the staff members in game help menu

I was actually thinking about that, Rei.

I love that idea. Just cut out SJ.

SJ could be a sub-rank classification for Jounin-level ninja with a specific occupation like for example medics, hunter-nin, etc. So essentially it's not a rank on its own, will be restricted to the caps of Jounin rank but simply a way of showing that this ninja has chosen to specialize in one specific thing.

hmm but then what happens when that ninja has capped that one thing and then continues to train in other things? does he/she then loose that sj title?

It'll remain as long as the occupation is held. Just because I am working as a medic doesn't mean I must skip off on other things. I need to train to ensure I'm not an easy target whilst healing my comrades.

If there is a healing jutsu then everyone will be able to heal themselves and possibly their allies in battle. The medic SJ would have the ability to heal any ally out of battle. Same with hunter-nin, searching for people who abandoned their village, they'll have access to tracking features not available to others.

lol The healing out of Battle would cause trolling that's for sure.

If that's possible, the healing % would be very low which would make it useless

By "out of battle" healing I do not mean an OP Michael Jackson Heal the World jutsu. I'm talking about a panel available to medics similar to TNRs hospital panel (yet not as restrictive). I could go in detail about the way healing could be done but this discussion is going off-topic.

I'd like to hear more about it.
