When you submit images for items please ensure that the image is free to be used in the public domain and not just a random image from a store. Too many copyright issues attached to such things. Unless you took the picture yourself or have permission from the owner.

Keyla Edit:Too OP for only an item, specially when you can just stack 10with no limit of uses. I would suggest focus this effects into a jutsu, making more simple items

Chances of stunning isn't a bad idea...but reducing a stat shouldn't be the effect of an Item. At least not for chuunin rank.

item stunning? i dont think that should ever be okay to make at all.

With little chances? Like maybe 0.005%? Besides it would also be based on you and your opponents stats.

Items are not supposed to have any % effects, are not supposed to help you win battles, at least is what I think

Anyways, let's hear the proposals better and then we'll see what we take into consideration and what no~t

this is what i think about items:
they are supposed to give: offenses/generals/flee chance/heal. everything else is ridiculous.

what i am thinking, with items, is have them be like in WOB, where the grade of the item gives you a small % boost that is a passive during battle.
