Battle description:
[user] forms hand signs while releasing a torrent of cold air around the area. Now with a swift manner [user] shapes a mirror from ice in front of the [opponent]. With [opponent] now staring at the mirror, [user] unleashes a barrage of secretly formed ice needles at [gender] with one wave of his hand, leaving [opponent] surprised and mortally wounded.

Jutsu effects: deals damage based on user and opponents status, nin/gen/tai/wep defense debuff for 2rounds, residual ?

Jutsu description: A Jutsu used by the rare Kekkei Genkai users, to slow down their opponents and inflict high ammount of damage.
Battle description:
[user] stands straight lifting his arms up, when suddenly a frost of ice  and snow particles pass by [gender] body, shaping two torrents. As the two torrents start to picking up on speed, the wind plays a melody resembling a frozen symphony. Upon releasing, the torrents freeze everything in their path along with [opponent] who has now been slowed down at the point where [gender] can barely move. [user] now increases the torrent's surrounding [opponent] in density, causing them to be deeply cut by thousands of icy particles.

I might make a new topic because i think you did something very right. We need to define 1st how easy/hard will be yens/money to gain, then ask for the jutsus cost. Personally my opinion
